• All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Paddle. Nootris does not directly collect, store, or process any payment information.
• By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, in addition to these Terms of Service.
• You authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis for your Nootris subscription.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by you before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices upon notice. Any price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.
• While we work with Paddle to ensure a smooth payment process, Nootris is not responsible for any issues arising from the payment processing, including but not limited to payment failures, incorrect charges, or data breaches on Paddle's end.
• For any payment-related issues or disputes, you may need to contact Paddle directly, although we will assist where possible in resolving any problems.
• In the event of a failed payment, your access to Nootris services may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.

International Use

Nootris is available globally. You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations in your use of our Service. We make no representations that our Service is appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the United States.
